Green eggs and NO ham

Ingredients

2 eggs

a handful of spinach (or kale)

salt and pepper to taste

Cheese (I like Mexican)

tablespoon of butter

Toast (with butter or jelly)

 

Directions

  1. Heat a pan up and melt butter
  2. in a bowl crack the eggs and scramble add salt and pepper
  3. put the eggs in the pan and start cooking, scraping with a spatula as you go. Mid way through add spinach (or kale), then cheese.
  4. when egg is cooked and not watery and cheese is melted, plate it
  5. Enjoy
